Your enquiry
When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, company if provided, subject and message by email. We use these details to handle your enquiry and contact you. They are not automatically added to a marketing list.
This website does not store your message in a database. The mail server processes the enquiry and delivers it to our mailbox. The website and email are hosted by Combell. We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or the resulting collaboration, taking applicable retention obligations into account.
Form security
The server temporarily uses a hashed check value derived from your IP address to limit repeated attempts. To prevent duplicate submissions, it stores a request identifier, a check value and the delivery status. The content of your message is not stored in these records.
These checks remain valid for 15 minutes for rate limits and 24 hours for duplicate enquiries. Expired data is removed on the next form request.
Browser and visits
This website does not save your input in browser storage. Your browser may remember details through its own autofill feature. Combell may process technical request data to deliver and secure the website and email.
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, external font services or external CAPTCHA. Fonts, images and any videos are served from the website itself.
